1. Current directory access
CodeWithRandom does not currently charge users to browse the launch directory, create a standard account, or submit a standard product listing. Because no payment is collected for those features, there is no purchase to refund.
2. Digital purchases and listing fees
If CodeWithRandom introduces paid digital products, promoted placements, subscriptions, listing fees, credits, or other paid features, the price and included benefits will be shown before purchase. Unless the offer states otherwise, digital sales are final once access, delivery, review, promotion, or processing has begun, except where a refund is required by law or we confirm a genuine billing error.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
If subscriptions are offered, charges will be billed in advance through the stated payment provider. You may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent a future charge. Cancellation will not normally produce a full or partial refund for the current billing period, unused time, inactive accounts, or unused features.
4. Listing and verification outcomes
A payment, if offered, would not guarantee acceptance, verification, a particular search position, traffic, leads, sales, or other commercial results. Rejection, required edits, delayed review, limited visibility, or results that do not meet your expectations do not create a refund right unless the specific offer says otherwise or applicable law requires it.
5. Moderation and policy violations
Content or accounts may be rejected, restricted, or removed for legal, safety, quality, payment, provider, or platform-policy reasons. A restriction caused by a violation of our Terms of Service does not create a refund right.
6. Availability and third-party failures
Temporary downtime, maintenance, provider outages, review delays, storage issues, email delays, or changes to a feature do not normally qualify for a refund. Where appropriate, we may restore access, retry an operation, or issue replacement service credit as the remedy for a failed attempt.
7. Billing errors
If you believe a future charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or for the wrong amount, contact us promptly with the account email, transaction date, amount, and enough detail to investigate. A confirmed billing error may be corrected through a provider adjustment, reversal, or service credit, as appropriate.
